Positive: The location was super and easy to reach by train from Bergen. The staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and warm. We had a great view from our balcony. The lovely pool area and changing rooms were spotlessly clean and modern. We had good pizzas from the pizzeria.

Negative: If you don’t have a family room with a kitchenette the options for breakfast were limited (Starbucks or the local supermarket whichis 5 minutes away). There were no tea and coffee making facilities in the room (which are often included in 4* accommodation).

Positive: Amazing location. Swimming pool and sauna was beautiful and so amazing after a day on the slopes. Room was clean and bed was super comfortable. Easy check in and check out

Negative: Our toilet was leaking and made the bathroom smell horrible. As there are limited staff around we didn't know who to tell
